We're thrilled to provide you with exceptional nail care at KG Nails PR. To ensure a smooth experience for all our clients, please review our booking policy.

• No Guests or Pets: For your comfort and the safety of our environment, no dogs or companions are allowed. Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service and are 12 years or older.
• Secure Booking: All appointments require a valid credit or debit card to charge 100% of the service via the Booksy app. Appointments will not be approved if the card on file fails.
• Final Sales: All transactions are non-refundable & non-transferable.
• Accurate Service Selection: Please ensure you select all the services you desire when booking to allow us to best serve you. Contact us with any questions.

• 24-Hour Notice Required: A 24-hour notice is strictly required for all reschedules and cancellations.
  
  • Reschedules: Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in a $25 inconvenience fee plus 100% of the service cost being charged.
  • Cancellations: Failure to provide 24-hour notice will result in forfeiture of your pre-payment for that appointment.
• Repeat Cancellations: Clients who cancel two or more appointments in a row will be automatically blocked from our system. Please call us directly to book future appointments.

• Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period for all appointments.
• Late Fees: A $2 inconvenience fee will be added for every 5 minutes you are late past the 15-minute grace period.
• Appointment Cancellation Due to Lateness: After 20 minutes, your appointment will be canceled, and your credit card on file will be charged the full balance of the service.
• Service Modification: Being late may result in denial of certain services or add-ons due to time restrictions.
• No-Shows: Clients who fail to show up for their appointment will be marked as a "no-show." After three no-shows, future services will be denied.
• Salon Running Behind: While we always strive to be on time, there may be rare occasions where you might wait 15-20 minutes. Please be patient and enjoy refreshments; your service will not be canceled. If we anticipate being more than 30 minutes behind, we will contact you in advance to offer rescheduling options.

This policy applies to all clients, no exceptions.
