BOOKING POLICY

FOR ALL CLIENTS NO EXCEPTION.

No dogs are allowed in our premises, no companion, no kids unless is getting services and must be 12  years or older. (no exceptions)

This business enforces a cancellation policy on all of our services and reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for any no-shows and late cancellations. Note that you may be considered a no-show if you are late for your scheduled appointment, and it is up to the business to decide whether the fee is applied.

The cancellation fee is only charged if you violate the terms of the cancellation policy. If you show up to the appointment on time or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation page, no cancellation fee is withdrawn from your account. As the fee is not charged for successful appointments, you will be expected to pay for your appointment in full once the service is completed.

Appointments Scheduling PROCESS

- ALL appointments REQUIRE a valid credit or debit card in order to charge 100% of the service via Booksy app. (if card on file failed we will not aproved your appointment)

- ALL transactions ARE NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.

-Make sure to add the proper service and all the services you would like in order to serve you better, if you have questions please contact us. 

Rescheduling Appointments

- 24 HOUR notice is REQUIRED for all RESCHEDULES.  FAILURE to do so will result in AN INCONVENIENCE FEE CHARGE OF $25. Plus 100% deductible of service required. 

Canceling Appointments

- 24 HOUR notice is REQUIRED for all CANCELLATIONS. FAILURE to do so will FORFEIT your pre-payment for that appointment. 

- CLIENTS who CANCEL 2+ APPOINTMENTS IN A ROW, would be automatically block in our system. Must call us for making an appointment. 

No Shows

- Clients who FAIL to show up to their appointment  would be mark  as Clients who FAIL , WILL BE DENIED FUTURE SERVICES After 3 no show.

Late Policy

- All clients are ONLY GIVEN 15 MINUTES TO BE LATE! For EVERY 5 MINUTE after that, there will be a $2 INCONVENIENCE FEE ADDED to your service check out. To avoid this, be sure to plan ahead for traffic or to arrive ~5 minutes early.

- AFTER 20 MINUTES your appointment WILL BE CANCELED. Your balance will be charge the credit card on file.

- In the event of being late, you MAY BE DENIED CERTAIN SERVICES &/or ADD-ONS due to TIME RESTRICTIONS. 

- Because all clients DO NOT get the same service, there MAY BE times when you are on time, but may have to wait 15-20 minutes before getting in the chair. Please be patient! enjoy some refreshments. Your service will not be canceled. 

- If at any time, I am running behind more than 30 min, I will call /& or text you in advance to let you know and schedule another time or move your appointment for a better time. But i always try to be on time for each one of you. 

This new policy is for all clients no exceptions.
